About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with 3–5 years of expertise in ERP solutions, preferably ERPNext.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations highlighting ERPNext capabilities.
- Work closely with the sales team to design customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Perform business process analysis and needs assessments for prospective clients.
- Provide technical and functional support during client discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations.
- Build strong client relationships and establish long-term business partnerships.
- Stay updated on ERPNext features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Support and train the sales team on product features, benefits, and objection handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales consulting, preferably with ERPNext.
- Strong understanding of ERP functionalities across various business modules.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Proven ability to support sales growth through strong pre-sales engagement.
