  • Manage concurrent projects, remove blockers, mitigate risks, track KPIs, and support clean handoffs.

Commercial and stakeholder management

  • Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and cashflow forecasts; perform conceptual estimating and pricing reviews.
  • Negotiate costs and review design, construction, and lease contracts; manage vendor procurement and professional service providers.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, developers, landlords, agencies, and other stakeholders to secure resources and meet milestones.
  • Prepare status and risk reporting, lead meetings, update project systems, and improve processes and sustainable project practices.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant architecture, engineering, construction, development, owner's representation, or commercial construction experience.
  • 5+ years of project management from design through implementation and operation, including construction, procurement, and labor contract negotiation.
  • Experience with complex-equipment packaging, processing, or logistics facilities, or comparable experience.
  • Valid driver's license; travel to project sites is required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience across at least two construction disciplines and managing new structures or facility improvements.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary design involving industrial automation, robotics, or similar.
  • Strong influencing, negotiating, and communication skills; BIM knowledge; CMIT/CMAA or PMP certification or equivalent.

Travel and office availability

  • Requires up to 60% regional or nationwide travel, including air travel and driving to project locations.
