About the Role

• We are looking for a highly connected, creative, and bilingual **PR & Event Organiser** to amplify our clinic's brand presence and create unforgettable experiences for our patients and partners.
• In this role, you will be the face of our clinic’s public relations, responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end events, managing media relations, and building strategic partnerships within the luxury beauty and aesthetics industry.

• Your application **WILL NOT** be considered if you do not meet all three of the following criteria:
• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have proven PR and event organizing experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
• **UAE Experience:** You must have a verified track record of managing events and PR campaigns in the UAE.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Event Management:** Plan, organize, and flawlessly execute clinic events, including VIP patient evenings, new treatment/product launches, influencer days, and clinic anniversaries.
• **Public Relations:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local media, beauty editors, journalists, and industry publications to secure organic press coverage and brand features.
• **Influencer & KOL Relations:** Identify, invite, and host top-tier influencers, content creators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the clinic, ensuring a premium VIP experience.
• **Strategic Partnerships:** Scout and negotiate brand collaborations and cross-promotional partnerships with complementary luxury and wellness brands in Dubai.
• **Event Logistics:** Manage all event logistics from start to finish, including budgeting, vendor coordination (catering, decor, AV), guest lists, and post-event reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Proven background in PR and event management for an **Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic**. You must understand the luxury aesthetic market and patient demographics.
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Solid, hands-on experience organizing events and running PR within the UAE, with a strong existing network of local media and influencer contacts.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Current resident of Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Skills:** Exceptional networking, communication, and project management skills. High attention to detail with an eye for luxury aesthetics and hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Contract length: 24 months
• Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
