About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for the aesthetic/medical industry across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns and paid ad budgets on social media platforms to drive patient acquisition and footfall.
• Public Relations (PR): Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, beauty editors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to secure press coverage and brand features.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with top-tier influencers and content creators in the UAE beauty and lifestyle space to promote clinic treatments.
• Content Direction: Oversee the content creation team (videographers/creators) to ensure all visual assets align with the brand’s high-end aesthetic and marketing goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the ROI of all marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and brand visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience (Deal breaker): Proven background managing marketing and PR for an **Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic**. You must understand medical guidelines for advertising treatments in the UAE (DHA regulations).
• UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Solid experience in the UAE market with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and beauty trends.
• Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
• Languages: Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of business managers, ad accounts, and organic growth algorithms for **Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat**.
• Skills: Strong copywriting, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a keen eye for premium brand aesthetics.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Contract length: 24 months
• Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
