PPC & SEO Specialist (Night Shift, On-Site, Dubai)

We are building a high-performance marketing operations hub in Dubai and are looking for an experienced PPC & SEO Specialist to drive measurable growth and optimize campaigns targeting the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, link building, and keyword optimization
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) including:
• Budgeting, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Match types, negative keywords, and cost control
• Drive conversion optimization to reduce CPL & CPA through continuous A/B testing and campaign improvements
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis focused on the U.S. market
• Manage WordPress website performance, SEO plugins, structure, and speed optimization
• Implement and monitor GA4 tracking, conversion tracking, and call attribution
• Optimize landing pages and CRO strategies to improve lead generation and user experience
• Track, analyze, and report SEO & PPC performance metrics with actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and proposal teams to enhance funnel performance and lead quality

Tools & Platforms

• Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Tag Manager
• Semrush, Ahrefs (preferred)
• HubSpot CRM
• WordPress (SEO plugins, performance optimization)
• Meta Ads & other similar platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO & PPC (U.S. or Western market experience preferred)
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Semrush and HubSpot CRM
• Proven success in Google Ads conversion optimization & lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of U.S. search behavior and audience targeting (security industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
