- For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Engineering.
- Proven Experience in Project Management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using ERP or manufacturing business systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
