IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Policy Administrator in Abu Dhabi** to support healthcare policy administration, documentation management, and compliance operations within our hospital division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in **policy processing, healthcare administration, documentation control, compliance coordination, and records management**.

  • Manage and maintain **hospital policies, procedures, and administrative documentation**
  • Process policy-related records, updates, renewals, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with **hospital regulations, healthcare standards, and internal policies**
  • Coordinate with healthcare departments and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities
  • Prepare policy reports, correspondence, and administrative files
  • Monitor policy implementation and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with process improvements and operational support tasks

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field**
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and policy documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and administrative software systems**
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • UAE healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred
