IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Airport Operations Officer in Dubai** to support the efficient coordination of airport and travel operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in **airport operations, aviation services, passenger handling, flight coordination, ground operations, and travel management**.

  • Coordinate daily **airport operations and ground handling activities**
  • Monitor flight schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational performance
  • Ensure smooth passenger flow and operational efficiency
  • Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, ground handling teams, and service providers
  • Support baggage handling, boarding processes, and passenger service operations
  • Monitor operational compliance with aviation safety regulations
  • Handle operational reports, incident documentation, and flight records
  • Assist in resolving operational disruptions and passenger service issues
  • Ensure adherence to airport security, safety, and customer service standards
  • Support travel and tourism operations related to airport services

  • Bachelor's degree in **Aviation Management, Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field**
  • Knowledge of airport procedures and aviation regulations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • UAE aviation or travel industry experience preferred
