IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused **Customer Service Officer in Dubai** to provide exceptional support to patients, visitors, and healthcare clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in **customer service, patient relations, appointment coordination, healthcare administration, front office operations, and complaint resolution**.

- Deliver outstanding **customer service and patient support** in a healthcare environment
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, registrations, and service requests
- Assist patients with hospital procedures, documentation, and healthcare services
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative departments
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards
- Support billing, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling processes
- Promote a positive patient experience and high service standards

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or related field**
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare facilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of patient service standards and healthcare administration
- UAE healthcare experience preferred
