Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to support governance, planning, and delivery of multiple initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, monitor costs, and provide accurate performance insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English to engage stakeholders, prepare clear reports, and facilitate meetings.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with PMO frameworks, project management tools (such as MS Project or similar), and standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field, along with prior experience in a PMO or project management role, is highly beneficial.
