The PMO Analyst role sits within M Group Telecom's Private Networks work.
The team supports fixed, private, and mobile operators with network lifecycle services, including asset management, system refresh, network operations, repair, and maintenance.
What you will do
- Apply analytical expertise to projects and programmes and ensure alignment with project management standards and methodologies.
- Contribute to improving PMO processes, governance, guidelines, and best practices.
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
- Support PMO methodologies, processes, and standards; maintain PMO documentation.
- Advise project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools, and run governance workshops.
- Help administer and maintain tools and systems such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
What you will bring
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- PMP or another relevant certification.
- Experience with project management software, such as Jira, ServiceNow, or MS Project Online.
- Experience in change management and portfolio management.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
