The Business Analyst supports meaningful business change across M Group.
The role works with business and technical teams to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and define actionable requirements.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
- Analyse processes, systems, and data to shape solutions.
- Gather and document requirements, then support testing and implementation through the change lifecycle.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams on project and product outcomes.
- Inform decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and contribute to consistent change delivery.
Essential qualifications
- Experience delivering Business Analysis activities across projects or programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and Business Analysis best practices.
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
Desirable experience
- BCS Business Analysis qualification or working toward one is desirable.
- Infrastructure, utilities, or regulated-industry experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of Lean or process improvement methodologies is desirable.
- Azure DevOps or similar tool experience is desirable.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments is desirable.
