Business Analyst in M Group's Group Support function, supporting change across the organization.
Work with business and technical teams across infrastructure services.
What you will do
- Understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and analyze processes, systems, and data.
- Gather and document requirements and support testing and implementation across the change lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams on project and product outcomes.
- Inform decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and support consistent delivery of change.
Essential requirements
- Experience delivering business analysis activities across projects or programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and business analysis best practices.
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
Desirable qualifications and experience
- BCS Business Analysis qualification, or working towards one.
- Infrastructure, utilities, or regulated industry experience; Lean or process improvement knowledge.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
