PMO Analyst role within M Group Telecom's Private Networks business, supporting telecom network services and project delivery.
The Private Networks business manages technology and assets, refreshes systems, operates networks, and provides network repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Apply analysis to projects and programmes and support compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
- Improve PMO processes, governance, guidelines, and best practices; support PMO methodology, process, and standards development and maintenance.
- Perform data analysis and reporting, and maintain PMO documentation.
- Guide project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools and run governance workshops.
- Administer and maintain project management tools and systems such as MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- PMP or another relevant certification.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, ServiceNow, or MS Project Online.
- Experience in change management and portfolio management.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
