Role overview
Experienced PMC Construction Manager (Offshore) accountable for planning and executing island civil works, onshore fabrication, offshore transportation and installation, mechanical completion, and brownfield modifications.
Lead construction delivery in accordance with ADNOC Offshore and project procedures and shareholder expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction teams, manage on-island construction and onshore precast teams, and coordinate construction resources.
- Oversee contractor construction planning and execution against project objectives and requirements.
- Champion safety, ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance, and steward an integrated construction safety plan including SIMOPS.
- Coordinate interfaces with other projects, production operations, drilling, and ADNOC Offshore to minimize operational disruption.
- Ensure design deliverables support constructability; lead planning, readiness reviews, constructability workshops, and CERs.
- Report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues; mentor UAE Nationals and support staff development.
Expected qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent senior site experience.
- At least 20 years of construction management experience on large oil and gas development projects.
- Excellent leadership and written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across diverse cultures.
- Professional Engineer accreditation is preferred.
