About the role

On-road intervention and fleet support

• Respond to vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and situations requiring physical intervention on public and private roads.
• Assess situations on arrival, take appropriate action, and communicate with the remote operations team.
• Drive vehicles for deployment, repositioning, and service needs; resolve interventions or coordinate depot handover.
• Reposition vehicles across operational zones and support recovery when a vehicle cannot return to the depot under its own operation.
• Prioritize safety and minimal downtime, and coordinate handovers and status updates with depot operations, remote operators, and the Fleet Operations Manager.

Safety, reporting, and shift duties

• Uphold safety standards, follow established procedures, and escalate issues outside standard procedures.
• Complete accurate field reports, incident logs, and documentation promptly after responses.
• Maintain personal vehicle, equipment, and readiness for rapid deployment.
• Remain reachable and deployable throughout rotating shifts; adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
• Work six days on and one day off across morning, evening, and overnight shift windows.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence, at least three years of driving experience, and a good driving record.
• Good understanding of UAE road regulations, traffic rules, and RTA requirements.
• Comfortable operating vehicles under varying conditions and able to make clear decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable using modern apps, digital systems, and communication platforms; strong time management and reliability.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather for extended periods and fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in field operations, logistics, emergency response, or a similar hands-on operational role is an advantage.
