Overview
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager for two luxury residential high-rise tower projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning team for ID fit-out works.
Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Consultants, and internal teams.
Track project milestones, progress, and critical activities.
Manage delay notices, delay analysis, EOT submissions, and recovery plans.
Monitor delays caused by Main Contractor and nominated subcontractors.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and planning dashboards.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years’ experience in planning/project controls.
Strong background in luxury high-rise interior fit-out projects.
Experience in claims, EOT, and contractual planning matters.
Proficient in Primavera P6.
GCC/UAE experience preferred.
