We are looking for a qualified **QA/QC Engineer** with proven experience in facade projects to ensure that all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in facade systems, inspections, quality control procedures, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for facade projects.
- Conduct inspections of facade materials, fabrication, installation, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality plans.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Conduct material receiving inspections and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure all facade installation activities meet applicable industry standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in facade, curtain wall, cladding, glazing, or related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, installation methods, and quality control procedures.
- Experience in preparing inspection requests, quality reports, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant construction standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred
- GCC experience in facade projects.
- Certifications related to Quality Management or QA/QC practices.
