Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update schedules for electrical infrastructure and cable installation projects using Primavera P6.
• Plan and coordinate cable laying, installation, routing, termination, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, look-ahead plans, resource plans, and project timelines.
• Monitor schedules, identify delays and critical path activities, and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate project activities with project managers, engineering, procurement, site execution, and subcontractors.
• Track milestones, manpower, equipment, and material availability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Identify risks and schedule bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
