Role Overview
Senior Estimation Engineer position focused on civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects in the UAE.
Relevant project areas include drainage, sewerage, potable water pipeline works, and civil infrastructure.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- At least 1 year of recent UAE experience in infrastructure estimation.
- Strong experience in wet utilities projects.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, rate analysis, and tendering.
- Experience evaluating vendors and subcontractors.
- Good knowledge of UAE authority standards, specifications, and local project requirements.
- Knowledge of DM, DEWA, or RTA requirements is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform estimation work for civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects.
- Prepare and analyze BOQs, cost estimates, rates, and tender submissions.
- Evaluate vendors and subcontractors for infrastructure projects.
- Apply UAE authority standards, specifications, and local project requirements to estimation work.
