Responsibilities and authorities
- Clear inquiries as part of the review process.
- Update the dispatch plan and in-hand order status daily.
- Assist the Draftsman with engineering drawings that meet applicable standards.
- Maintain raw material levels and issue cutting requests to support order flow.
- Help prepare the design package with the Design Engineer.
- Manage outsourcing activities and coordinate with third parties.
- Sign inquiries for clearance and approve engineering drawings.
- Supervise the Planning Team and assign job tasks.
- Plan jobs daily and achieve the monthly plan.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Skills and training
- Engineering and technical skills are listed as requirements.
- QMS/HSE awareness training is listed as a training requirement.
