Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of banquets, weddings, corporate functions, private events, and other special occasions, highlighting décor, ambience, guest experiences, and key moments.
• Produce visually compelling food and beverage imagery, including plated dishes, desserts, and beverage presentations for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Provide live event coverage and create real-time content for digital platforms and social media channels when required.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operational teams to develop engaging visual content aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Edit and retouch photographs and videos, ensuring consistency in colour grading, visual style, and overall quality across all media assets.
• Manage and maintain an organised media library, ensuring all photography and video files are properly archived and easily accessible.
• Plan and execute shoots, including equipment preparation, lighting set-up, composition, and creative direction to achieve premium visual results.
• Stay current with industry trends, photography techniques, editing technologies, and content formats to continuously elevate creative output.
• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and ensure all content reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and luxury positioning of the organisation.
• Support special projects, promotional campaigns, and other creative initiatives as required by the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer / Videographer, preferably within luxury hospitality, events, banqueting, food and beverage, or lifestyle environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in food photography, event photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and other relevant editing software.
• Exceptional understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and post-production techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver premium-quality visual content under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules in line with event requirements.
