Role & Responsibilities
- Verify, dispense, and accurately label prescription medications in accordance with UAE Ministry of Health regulations.
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and healthcare providers on drug usage, side effects, interactions, and storage.
- Maintain detailed inventory records, conduct stock audits, and manage expiry date tracking for all pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply of regulated and controlled substances.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and local regulatory standards in all daily operations.
- Train junior pharmacy staff and support compliance documentation audits for licensing and inspections.
Must-Have
- Valid UAE DHA / MOH / DOH Pharmacist License
- Proficiency in pharmacy dispensing software (e.g., E-Prescribe, PMS)
- Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and GPP standards
- Experience with controlled drugs and narcotics handling protocols
- Inventory management tools (e.g. SAP, ERP systems)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical import/export or wholesale distribution
- Familiarity with UAE’s Central Drug Database (CDD) or e-Dawa system
- Basic Arabic language skills for patient interaction
