Provide expert petroleum engineering leadership across well design, completions, artificial
lift, and production optimization to maximize asset performance and ensure standards and
technology adoption.
Key Accountability
- Develop and govern petroleum engineering procedures and technical standards.
- Advise on reservoir management, well design, and completion strategies.
- Design and size ESPs and gas-lift systems and associated surface equipment.
- Support drilling and artificial-lift teams ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead trials and deployment of new technologies to optimize production.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline; 15+ years of upstream
experience.
