Future opening overview

Sales and customer growth

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals for loans, credit cards, CASA, and liabilities.
• Identify payroll company and customer acquisition opportunities, cross-sell products, and participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.

Advice and service

• Explain product features, benefits, and suitability; assist customers with banking needs and financial goals.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Compliance and product knowledge

• Follow internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards; maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in compliance training and audits, and keep personal banking product knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services.
• High interpersonal skill and excellent spoken and written English.
• Arabic is an advantage but is not required.
