Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Sharjah Aviation Services in Sharjah.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily schedule and correspondence for the General Manager, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and performing administrative and clerical tasks.

The role will also involve serving as the primary point of contact on matters related to the office of the General Manager while ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage the General Manager’s schedules and workflows effectively
  • Exceptional Communication skills to serve as a liaison and manage correspondence professionally
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and the ability to organize meetings, appointments, and travel plans
  • Solid Clerical Skills for handling documentation, data entry, and ensuring the office operates smoothly
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management, administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the aviation or logistics sectors is an advantage
  • should have strong Arabic skills (read, write,speak)
