About This Role

Personal Assistant (Operations & Executive Support)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive

Personal Assistant

to support business operations and executive coordination across Greece.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is comfortable travelling regularly, and can effectively manage operational oversight, reporting, VIP coordination, and executive support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to company locations across Greece to monitor operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and operational summaries for management.
  • Assist with VIP guest visits, hospitality arrangements, and executive coordination.
  • Support scheduling, travel arrangements, logistics, and day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Liaise with local teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Identify operational issues and provide timely updates and recommendations.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Work directly under the Executive Assistant and provide ongoing operational and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Candidate legally authorized to work in 'Greece.
  • Previous experience in personal assistance, executive support, operations, hospitality, administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, presentable, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Greece.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  • Valid driving licence preferred.
