About This Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Chairman.

This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on the Chairman's behalf where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Liaise with board members, senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Manage personal tasks and errands as required, including family-related coordination where needed
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports ahead of key engagements
  • Track key business and personal deadlines, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared at all times

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive or high-profile individual
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and professional discretion
  • Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a corporate or family office environment
  • Multilingual ability is a plus
