Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Chairman.
This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on the Chairman's behalf where appropriate
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Liaise with board members, senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Manage personal tasks and errands as required, including family-related coordination where needed
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports ahead of key engagements
- Track key business and personal deadlines, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared at all times
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive or high-profile individual
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends
- High degree of emotional intelligence and professional discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Preferred
- Prior experience in a corporate or family office environment
- Multilingual ability is a plus
