ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Personal Secretary to the CEO serves as the primary point of contact and organizational lead for the Chief Executive. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who can manage the CEO’s daily operations while actively driving business through client engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Organizing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring maximum productivity.
- Client Relations: Making outbound calls to clients and maintaining consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
- Property Marketing: Managing and optimizing property listings on major portals to ensure maximum visibility for the firm’s portfolio.
- Administrative Support: Handling professional correspondence, preparing essential documentation, and managing data with total discretion.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate who is deeply familiar with the Dubai property landscape. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:
- Local Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience specifically within the Dubai Secondary Real Estate Market .
- Portal Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Property Finder and Bayut , including the ability to create, manage, and update high-quality listings.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to handle client calls and professional follow-ups.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools used in the real estate industry.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
