Description

High-performing Real Estate Professional and business owner seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and loyal Female Personal Assistant to manage professional schedules and private logistics.

This role is for a woman who values strong leadership, mentorship, structure, and long-term stability within a professional environment.

You will be fully integrated into operations, handling everything from listing administration and executive coordination to private lifestyle management and personal support tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, discreet, emotionally intelligent, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and direct communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Coordinate personal and business travel arrangements and bookings
  • Handle confidential personal and professional matters with total discretion
  • Assist with listing administration, property coordination, and office tasks
  • Support private lifestyle management and personal logistics when required
  • Organize documents, reports, records, and sensitive information
  • Remain available for urgent requests outside standard working hours when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in high-pressure situations

High Adaptability

You are available outside standard working hours when business or the principal requires support.

You can adjust quickly to changing priorities and situations.

Total Discretion

You handle sensitive personal and professional matters with complete confidentiality and emotional maturity.

Compliance and Structure

You are comfortable following direct instructions precisely and working within a high-authority, fast-moving environment.

Grooming and Presentation

You maintain a polished and professional appearance, as you may represent the principal in various business or social settings.

Professional Skills

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Admin Coordinator preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable handling private matters professionally
  • Good Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure
