Executive Assistant to Founder (In-Person, Abu Dhabi)

  • Shot Social Agency is a fast-growing social media agency working with major creators and personal brands across the UK, US, and globally.
  • Our founder, Liam, is based in Abu Dhabi and is looking for an in-person
  • Executive Assistant to free him up from the day-to-day so he can focus on scaling the business.
  • This is not a junior admin role.
  • You’ll be the right hand of a founder running a fast-growing international agency, and the difference between a good day and a chaotic one depends on you.
  • If you take pride in getting things done before being asked, and you genuinely care about making other people’s lives easier, this role will suit you.
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the founder’s calendar and scheduling calls across multiple time zones (UK, US, UAE)
  • Keeping the CRM up to date with every client, prospect, and partner conversation
  • Sending follow-up emails after every call so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handling invoicing and chasing payments through Xero
  • Triaging the inbox and flagging only what genuinely needs the founder’s attention
  • Booking travel, restaurants, and managing personal logistics where needed
  • Anticipating what’s coming up and prepping for it before being asked
  • Whatever else needs doing to keep the founder focused on the work that grows the business
  • Who you are
  • You take initiative. You’d rather act and ask later than wait to be told.
  • You’re calm under pressure. Things move fast, plans change, and you roll with it.
  • You’re organised to a level that other people find slightly intense, in a good way.
  • You write clearly and professionally. You can draft a client email and it sounds like the founder, not like an admin.
  • You’re discreet. You’ll be across everything, including financial and personal matters.
  • You’re already living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate at your own cost.
  • You have at least 2 years of EA, PA, or operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency.
  • Nice to have (not essential)
  • Experience with Xero, Slack, Notion, Calendly, and Google Workspace
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Folk, Attio, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Background in social media, content, or the creator economy
  • What we offer
  • AED 11,500 to AED 14,000 per month, depending on experience (approximately £2,500 to £3,000 GBP)
  • In-person role, working alongside the founder in Abu Dhabi
  • Direct exposure to how a fast-scaling international agency operates

  • Clear path to a Chief of Staff role as the business scales, for the right person
