About the Position:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to CEO.
This position requires strong administrative skills, financial literacy, and the ability to effectively manage both in-house and external responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing the executive calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling emails and internal/external communications
- Coordinating travel, logistics, and planning
- Assisting with financial tasks, including expense tracking, budgeting, and invoice management
- Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations
- Carrying out business-related assignments and providing on-site support as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is a must
- A valid UAE driver's license is a must
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- High level of discretion and attention to detail Details
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Experience with financial documentation, reports, or accounting
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
