About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The ideal candidate will manage executive-level scheduling, communications, and confidential information while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CFO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential financial and business information with discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Act as a point of contact between CFO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain filing and documentation systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-level management
  • Experience in finance or corporate environment is an advantage
  • **3–5 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary / Administrative Assistant
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
