About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will manage executive-level scheduling, communications, and confidential information while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CFO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential financial and business information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Act as a point of contact between CFO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain filing and documentation systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-level management
- Experience in finance or corporate environment is an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary / Administrative Assistant
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
