Senior Human Resources Officer - Naoero Deployment

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Advise senior management on HR matters, organizational development, and workforce challenges.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and HR metrics.
• Support leadership in succession planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and capability.

Requirments

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Previous experience managing the full HR function independently.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Experience within **healthcare, hospitals,** or large service organizations is highly preferred.
• This position is offered on a single-status basis; family relocation is not provided.
• HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are advantageous.
