Personal Assistant \| Full-Time \| On-Site
Housess Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment.
This role is ideal for someone confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously, communicating effectively across teams, and taking ownership of tasks with efficiency and discretion.
The successful candidate will be responsive, detail-focused, and capable of anticipating needs while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of executive and operational activities.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting priorities efficiently
- Coordinate communication between departments and leadership
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-through
- Monitor timelines and support alignment across teams
- Assist with coordination of daily business activities and workflows
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain continuity across tasks
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling challenges
- Organize appointments, meetings, and external engagements
- Maintain confidentiality across sensitive business matters
- Prepare documentation and ensure accurate record management
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic, motivated, and responsive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong in follow-ups and execution
- Confident coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Able to prioritize tasks independently
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential matters
- Solution-focused with strong problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar coordination role
- Strong diary and schedule management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong multitasking and time-management capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Experience in real estate or similar dynamic industries is an advantage
- Additional languages are considered a plus
- Full-time \| On-site
- Immediate availability preferred
