The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive
Personal Assistant
to support one of our Senior Principals across both business and personal matters.
This is a fast-paced role that goes far beyond traditional Corporate PA duties; this is a high-trust, high-exposure role acting as a true right-hand.
You will be responsible for ensuring both business and personal life run seamlessly, working closely with the wider business including marketing, operations, and leadership teams, while also managing day-to-day personal and lifestyle coordination.
You will also play a key role in ensuring alignment, follow-through, and execution across prioritising, including reminders, coordination, and keeping both business and personal commitments on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diary and calendar management across multiple time zones, including proactive reminders and prioritisation of key commitments
- Coordinating meetings, travel, agendas, and follow-ups
- Acting as a key gatekeeper for calls, emails, and meeting requests
- Supporting business documentation, reports, and ad hoc projects
- Working closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly
- Coordinating company events, incentives, and team activities
- Managing personal scheduling, travel, reservations, and day-to-day lifestyle logistics
- Coordinating household staff and external personal service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Attending meetings with and occasionally on behalf of the Co-Founder where required
- Supporting oversight and coordination of investment-related meetings and documentation
- Ensuring seamless execution of both business and personal priorities with strong follow-through
- Handling confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and trust
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, solutions-focused “can-do” mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Onsite role in Dubai (Business Bay – The Opus)
- Working UK hours (12pm–9pm GST)
