Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and reliable Personal Assistant & Admin to provide dedicated support to the CEO and assist the administration team as required.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage the CEO’s daily schedule, handle sensitive matters with discretion and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
This role also involves supporting the admin team with office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and support for the CEO.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the CEO in research, data collection, and preparation of reports/presentations.
- Assist the admin team in handling office operations, vendor coordination and follow-ups.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative needs.
- Handle multi-tasking responsibilities efficiently, prioritizing CEO requirements first.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in Administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Dubai Silicon Oasis.
