- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Urban Planning
- Minimum 5 years of permitting experience in the real estate or construction industry

In-depth knowledge of local municipality procedures and building regulations

Proven track record obtaining permits for large-scale development projects

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills for government liaison and authority relations
