to join our team.
We are specifically seeking someone with
deep expertise in real estate–related government processes
, including building permits, land department documentation, approvals, and developer‑level submissions.
🔍 Key Requirements
• Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong PRO experience
- within Dubai
- Well‑established relationships with:
• Dubai Land Department (DLD)
- RERA
- Municipality
- Trakhees
- Civil Defense
- Other real estate–related authorities
- Proven experience handling:
- Building permits & NOCs
- Land documentation
- Project approvals
- Developer‑level submissions and follow‑ups
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple government workflows efficiently
