- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (FIDIC, subcontract agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.)
- Handle legal matters related to real estate development and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government authorities
- Manage disputes, claims, and arbitration related to construction projects
- Provide legal guidance to project teams and management
- Liaise with external legal consultants and government entities when required
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus
- 7-10 Years of Experience
- Proven experience in construction and real estate development legal work
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and contract management
- Experience in handling disputes, arbitration, and claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
