- We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Estimator, Cost Controller & Planner for building construction projects.
- 🏗️ Job Role
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of:
- Cost estimation & tendering
- Project budgeting & cost control
- Construction planning & scheduling
- for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQ for building construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct rate analysis and obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports & forecasts
- Track variations, change orders, and support claims
- Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams
- 🎓 Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Experience in building construction projects (GCC/UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of estimation, cost control & planning tools
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD (basic)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
