Blind Note Perfume is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Perfume Sales Associate for its retail team at Mirdif Avenue Mall, Dubai.
The role involves helping customers select fragrances and supporting sales and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Explain perfume products, fragrances, and offers to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and support daily store operations.
- Work effectively as part of the retail sales team.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
- Experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury retail, or sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and confident, with a sales-oriented approach and ability to achieve targets.
- Presentable, energetic, and professional.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary starts at AED 3,000 per month, with sales commission.
- Career development in the perfume and retail industry is offered.

- Employment is full-time and permanent.
