Royal Smart Limousine L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support its financial operations in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier and customer accounts, and company transactions.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Monitor expenses, payments, outstanding balances, and cash transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with VAT calculations and VAT return preparation under applicable UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on financial matters.
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, and good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is in person at the employer's location in Al Ttay, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai.
Employment
The position is full-time and permanent.
