Facilities Engineer

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month

Rashed Al Jabri Group Of Companies, We are looking for a hands-on FM Engineer to manage the technical operations of our real estate and property portfolio, covering residential and commercial buildings and villas.

You will keep civil and MEP systems safe, compliant and well maintained, and keep owners and tenants satisfied.

• Supervise day-to-day FM operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting systems
• Plan, schedule and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance
• Attend breakdowns and emergencies, carry out root cause analysis and ensure timely rectification
• Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms, equipment and common areas
• Lead, assign and monitor technicians and supervisors
• Manage AMC contractors and specialist vendors, and check work quality and completion
• Ensure SLA and KPI targets are met and handle client and tenant complaints promptly
• Update work orders, asset records and maintenance history in the CAFM/CMMS system
• Control spare parts, materials and consumables, and prepare quotations and scopes of work
• Enforce HSE procedures, permit-to-work and toolbox talks, and comply with Civil Defence and Municipality requirements
• Monitor BMS alarms and utility consumption, and recommend energy-saving improvements
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management and clientsRequirements
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• 1+ year of experience in the FM field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred
• Available to join immediately

Preferred (not mandatory)

• Experience in property management, real estate or community management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and CAFM systems
• UAE driving license (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (required)
• Facilities management or MEP-related training or certification, for example CFM, IFMA, HVAC or MEP courses (preferred)
• Working knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems such as Maximo, and MS Office (preferred)
