Royal Smart Limousine L.L.C. seeks a detail-oriented General Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support company financial operations.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records, ledgers, and accounting entries; handle payables and receivables.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents; reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and company accounts.
- Assist with monthly reports, management accounts, month-end and year-end closing, and monitoring expenses, payments, balances, and cash.
- Maintain organized documentation; support UAE VAT calculations, returns, and compliance; coordinate financial matters and record transactions accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant general accounting, payables, or receivables experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- UAE VAT knowledge is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, integrity, responsibility, deadline management, communication, and coordination are required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Workplace
- Work is in person at Royal Smart Limousine L.L.C. in Al Ttay, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai.
