Manage digital campaigns for real estate projects to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
- Analyze and optimize CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Reporting and A/B testing
- Audience targeting (Retargeting, Lookalike, Custom)
- Budget management and campaign scaling
- Landing page optimization
- Tracking via Pixels & Google Tag Manager
- Collaboration with creative team
Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in media buying
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong in Ads platforms + Google Analytics
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience in lead generation & tracking

- إعداد تقارير دورية و(اختبارات A/B)
- تحسين استهداف الجمهور والإعلانات ((جماهير شبيهة Lookalike) ، (إعادة الاستهداف Retargeting)، (الجماهير المخصصة Custom Audiences))
- إدارة الميزانيات و(تتبع الأحداث Tracking) عبر Pixels وGoogle Tag Manager
- التعاون مع فريق التصميم والمحتوى لإنتاج إعلانات فعالة
- المتطلبات
- خبرة 2–4 سنوات في الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية
- خبرة في المجال العقاري
- إجادة Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على الأرقام
- خبرة في (استقطاب العملاء المحتملين Lead Generation) و(تتبع الأداء Tracking)
