We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (Media Buying Manager) to lead and manage paid media activities across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns that drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
This role requires strong experience in media buying, performance analytics, e-commerce platforms, CRM marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with content, commerce, and sales teams.
The candidate should be highly analytical, results-driven, and familiar with the Saudi market, especially within beauty, skincare, fashion, perfume, jewelry, or other relevant industries.
NOTE: This is NOT a freelance role or agency contract, and we are OPEN to remote work.
Media Buying
- Develop and execute media buying strategies and plans across paid media channels, including social media, Google, CRM marketing, affiliate marketing, and e-retailer platforms.
- Take full ownership of paid media management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage CRM marketing accounts, including email marketing, WhatsApp, affiliate marketing, and e-retailer platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, traffic quality, and overall paid media efficiency.
- Provide consistent performance improvement recommendations, including CRO, content optimization, audience testing, campaign structure, and landing page performance.
Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure content production supports campaign goals and media buying plans.
- Analyze UGC, influencer content, and paid content performance across paid media channels.
- Provide technical support for content-related tasks, including social media listening, UGC research, influencer seed search, brand monitoring, and other related activities.
- Provide performance analysis for both organic and paid content.
- Support social media accounts technically in cases such as account issues, suspensions, or platform-related problems.
- Support the integration of tools and reporting systems related to content performance when needed.
Commerce and Sales Collaboration
- Coordinate with commerce and sales teams to align paid media strategies with sales priorities, promotions, product launches, and commercial objectives.
- Provide technical and analytical support for brand search, sales analysis, e-commerce performance, and related commercial needs.
- Partially manage online stores on Salla and Shopify, including adding and updating products and supporting online store optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze paid media performance across all channels.
- Regular performance reports covering key KPIs such as sales, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign spend.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales data.
- Report monthly paid media spending to the finance team.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, E-commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, especially across social media and Google Ads.
- Strong experience managing sales campaigns.
- Good English communication skills.
- An Arabic-speaking candidate is required.
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, perfume, fashion, jewelry, or other relevant industries is preferred.
Technical Experience
- Strong command of paid media platforms, including Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong experience with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Experience working with online stores on Salla and Shopify.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience with Noon Ads and Amazon Ads is preferred.
- Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva presentations.
