Product margin → CAC target → campaign structure → creative testing → landing page → profitable growth.
1. Google Ads
- Manage and restructure Search campaigns
- Separate Brand vs Non-Brand campaigns
- Optimize keywords, match types, and negative keywords
- Improve Search Terms quality
- Manage Shopping, Merchant Center, and Performance Max
- Use product-level margin and Max CAC data to decide which products should be advertised
- Exclude low-margin products from paid acquisition
2. Paid Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok
- Manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Build full-funnel paid social structure: prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Test creative angles, offers, audiences, and hooks
- Improve CAC and ROAS across social platforms
- Build campaigns around occasions such as birthdays, graduation, get well soon, thank you, apology, romance, and new baby gifts
- Work with our team to recommend creative concepts for ads
- 3.
- Profitability and product strategy
- Use our product costing and Max CAC data to identify which products should enter paid ads
- Prioritize TOP_PROFITABLE products
- Avoid wasting spend on low-margin products
- Recommend pricing, bundling, and landing page improvements when needed
- Optimize for profit, not just revenue
- 4.
- Tracking and reporting
- Review purchase tracking and conversion value accuracy
- Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, AOV, and contribution margin
- Provide weekly reporting with clear decisions: what to scale, what to pause, and what to test next
- Help us understand performance by campaign, platform, audience, creative, and product group
- 5.
- Landing pages and funnel
- Recommend landing pages for each campaign and audience
- Ensure paid traffic is sent to relevant collections/products
- Improve the customer journey from ad click to purchase
- Help avoid sending paid traffic to weak-margin or irrelevant products
- Ideal experience:
- Ecommerce performance marketing
- Has managed more than SAR 1M in paid advertising spend across performance marketing campaigns.
- Google Ads Search, Shopping, and PMax
- Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Creative testing and paid social strategy
- Merchant Center and product feed segmentation
- Retargeting and full-funnel campaign structure
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, and product margins
- GCC / Saudi market experience is a plus
- Arabic ad experience is a strong plus
- We are not looking for someone who only launches ads and increases spend.
- We need someone analytical, strategic, and hands-on, who can help us improve profitability across all paid channels.
