Performance Marketing Lead

Overview

Key Accountabilities

• Developing and implementing a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs
• Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Executing and optimizing campaigns across the funnel to improve lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-customer conversion rates
• Designing and running A/B testing frameworks to optimize creatives, messaging, and targeting. Monitoring and analyzing performance (leads, SQLs, conversion rates, ROAS) and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with performance goals
• Working closely with Sales to align paid campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that deliver higher conversions
• Benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitor campaigns
• Preparing reports and insights to communicate channel impact to leadership and recommend scaling or budget reallocation.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of improving lead quality, SQL conversion rates, and ROI across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Meta. Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-channel funnel analysis
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
