API Global is expanding! Are you a results-driven marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth? API Global is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level. You’ll own Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns, create high-converting funnels in HubSpot, optimize our website SEO, and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Build, test, and manage HubSpot marketing funnels to drive leads and revenue.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-site and off-site strategies to improve visibility and rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager on campaign performance, results, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years or more of experience in performance marketing with a track record of managing Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience building HubSpot funnels and optimizing conversion paths.
- Strong SEO knowledge with website optimization experience.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Strong English language skills.
- Real Estate / Property Investment experience desirable.
- Already based in the UAE
